Slim pickings after the Woodpigeons and Collared Doves had finished in the seed tray but this individual fed for several minutes on the remaining small seeds. One of three birds currently associating with each other in the garden, meaning that the colourful sex life of this species is probably at play. This article in The Guardian explains.
