Hoplismenus bidentatus
An extremely difficult species to identify, way beyond my abilities so many thanks to Aldcameron on iSpot for all the hard work he put in to reach this conclusion:
I’ve checked the Perkins key and it mentions specifically both of the stand out features in yours.
The banded hind tarsi - exact match for yours plus a strongly raised scutellum with more of a white blotch than the more normal fully formed white shape.
There are only 3 U.K. Hoplismenus species - H albifrons is much smaller 7-8mm, face and clypeus usually entirely white, metasoma usually entirely red - H bispinatorius which was only added to U.K. list in 2016 and has red legs - and H bidentatus - which is 11-12mm and looks like yours on NBN.
