An unidentified species, of which between 5 and 10 were flying low over an un-planted bed on the allotment. They are a very small bee, less than 10 mm in length. I have since discovered that this species is a cuckoo bee that parasitises the nest of other bees and this low flight is them searching for the nest of their host species.
